Two years later he joined a larger school, Kansas City's TC Dance Club, when it was located at the Antioch Mall. In 1990 Brian was recruited into Frank Reagan's Ballroom Theatre in Alexandria, Virginia. Over the next two years he performed in some of the most prestigious theatres in the U.S. Soon financial obligations won over artistic desires, and Brian took a full time teaching position at the Arthur Murray Studio in Alexandria.
Brian returned to Kansas City in 1992 and to TC Dance Club at its new location on the Plaza. Over the next 7 years he became Assistant Dance Director, Guest Director, Dance Director, IPD (Intermediate Program Director) and Assistant Supervisor.
During school, rumor has it Brian was active in football. We've heard he enjoys pigging out on cookies and Reese's Peanut Butter cups. His favorite color is probably blue, and Ken Shaver (TC co-owner) admits to being Brian's "pet peeve." Brian enjoys cruising and snorkeling, so he might enjoy having dinner with Jacques Cousteau.
